We will be glad to make an exchange or refund your credit card for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Envi within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. *All sale items are FINAL SALE*

Please send an email to returns@shopenvi.com telling us the items you wish to return. We will email you back within one business day with a return authorization number. Send returns with the RA# written clearly on the outside of the package to:

We will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation.
